Stevenson University has been recognized again in the latest edition of U.S. News and World Reports. SU has been recognized as one of America’s “Top Up-and-Coming Schools” and “Great Schools, Great Prices” in the U. S. News & World Report’s newly released 2010 edition of “America’s Best Colleges”. Stevenson also climbed to No. 11 (from No. 15 in 2009) among the “Best Baccalaureate Colleges-North Region” rankings, its highest ranking ever. Read more about Stevenson’s latest accomplishment.

The GPS Admissions team would like to thank the FBI for inviting us to their recent education fair. The event was wonderfully orchestrated and we received a lot of interest in our online programs. Overall it was an exciting day filled with wonderful conversation with the amazing FBI employees.  Thanks again!

On June 3rd the GPS admissions team held a Networking for Knowledge event. These events are designed to help prospective students learn more about the accelerated bachelor’s and master’s degree programs offered at Stevenson University. Current faculty, staff, students, and alumni are on hand to help convey the true experience of the accelerated programs. It was a great night with a wonderful turn out. If you were unable to attend don’t worry there will be another Networking for Knowledge event on August 5th.

Stevenson University announced on Thursday that its new School of Business and Leadership will be named the Howard S. Brown School of Business and Leadership. The School, located on Stevenson’s Owings Mills Campus, will be named for Baltimore builder and developer Howard S. Brown. The building was dedicated in a ribbon cutting ceremony that included Entrepreneur Steve Forbes, Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown, the University’s Board Chair Kevin G. Byrnes, President Manning and other dignitaries. The School will now be referred to as the Brown School of Business.
